The checkout only allows 8 days rental, but I need a longer period
If you need a product for longer than 8 days, that’s fine, we can provide equipment for longer. Simply use the “start your rental enquiry today” form below, let us know the dates you require and we respond with your personalised quotation.
Our equipment is designed for convenience and comfort, featuring foldable and adjustable options for easy transportation in your car, as well as elevated and enhanced comfort features to ensure a memorable travel experience in Dubai and the UAE.
The checkout asks for a collection time, but I do not know exactly when I will arrive?
We request a pickup time to allow us to ensure we have the equipment and personnel available and ready for delivery. We appreciate that you may not know exactly. Once we confirm your booking via email you can inform us of a more accurate time closer to the day of your arrival.
I have received a rental price via email — what now?
If you have started a manual enquiry and have received your rental price from us via email, please confirm that you wish to proceed with the booking by responding to our email. Once confirmed, we will email you an official secure online payment link.
I’ve received your payment link; what do I do now?
If we’ve shared a payment link with you via email or WhatsApp, please verify the requested amount and follow the provided instructions by clicking the link. Then proceed to complete the online payment form, where you can securely complete the transaction.
I’ve paid – now what?
Upon receipt of your payment either via our website or via a secure payment link, we will promptly confirm via email. Additionally, we’ll coordinate and confirm the delivery and collection details for the equipment. Your bank will also send an email or notification confirming the processed payment.
