Dubai Mobility provides a range of mobility equipment for hire, including mobility scooters, powerchairs, and wheelchairs. These mobility devices are available for hire across Dubai and the UAE.  Our equipment is designed for convenience and comfort, featuring foldable and adjustable options for easy transportation in your car, as well as elevated and enhanced comfort features to ensure a memorable travel experience in Dubai and the UAE.

During an assessment at Dubai Mobility, one of our trained professionals will assess your individual needs and requirements to ensure that you get the right wheelchair for your lifestyle.

The assessment will typically include the following:

  • Discussion of your current mobility needs: We will ask you about about any conditions that may affect your mobility, as well as your current mobility needs and goals.
  • Measurements and dimensions: We will take measurements of your body, including your height, weight, and reach, as well as the dimensions of your home and other environments where you will be using the equipment.
  • Evaluation of your functional abilities: We will observe you performing various tasks, such as transferring from a bed to a wheelchair, getting in and out of a car, and navigating different types of terrain, to assess your functional abilities and identify any areas where you may need assistance.
  • Discussion of your preferences and budget: We will discuss your preferences for features and accessories based on your needs, while considering your budget. We will then present you with specific options for your situation.

Dubai Mobility offers repair services for all of the mobility equipment they sell.

We have a team of experienced technicians who can quickly and efficiently repair any mobility equipment that needs attention as well as offering regular planned preventative maintenance (PPM) & servicing.

Standard Deliveries

All orders are processed once the payment is completed. Delivery inside the UAE will be arranged when we call you to find a suitable time and date that you are available to receive your items.

Delivery outside of the UAE is provided by a courier, an average delivery period is 5 – 7 working days excluding bank and public holidays.

Next day deliveries are available at an additional cost, but they are subject to stock and availability and will need to be ordered before 10 am the day before they are required to allow time for processing & organising the delivery.

All next day delivery orders are taken only over the phone.

Assisted Install and Deliveries

Once your goods have been ordered and received by us (where appropriate) we will agree on a mutually acceptable date for delivery and/or installation. You will be notified of the date and a (morning or afternoon) period for delivery and/or installation of your item. Should you be unable to keep this appointment you must give us (24 hours) notice to cancel and re-arrange.

If appointments are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery and/or installation along with any storage charges incurred by us in the return to and storage of your goods in our warehouse.

We do not take responsibility for delay or cancellation of delivery due to matters beyond our control, stock availability, weather events and any other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are shown in our checkout or will be shown on any quotation that is requested. Alternatively customers can collect from our Dubai store at no cost.

Deliveries outside of the UAE will incur a shipping charge – which will be shown/calculated in the shopping cart.

For customers that are outside of countries that are shown in our checkout – please contact us and we will be able to give you a shipping quotation.

Our returns policy varies depending on the nature of the item we have provided to you.

Bespoke & Infection Control Items

Bespoke items are those that have been specially built, ordered or adapted for you. Infection control items are those such as (toileting products, PPE, garments, consumables, incontinence, pressure care, toileting and bathing products, seating accessories etc.) where the item may not be re-sold once purchased.

Once these items have been specially ordered, the purchase price is payable in full, and they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Standard “Off the Shelf” Items

These items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. All returned items will be subject to a re-stocking charge.

The re-stocking charge will be based on a percentage of the purchase price and is calculated depending on the nature of the product, the delay in return and the condition of the product upon its return. It might include labour, parts, packaging and any other subsequent loss to the business in order to make the particular item resalable.

All goods are to be returned at the senders cost, unless the goods are faulty upon receipt. We recommend using a “signed for” delivery service to return an item to us, to ensure that the consignment can be tracked.
