1. ORDERING & PAYMENTS
(a) All orders are either processed online or by telephone. We offer home demonstrations and free assessments; subject to availability.
(b) All orders are dispatched/delivered once the final payment is cleared.
(c) All quotes issued will be valid for a period of 30 days after which time we reserve the right to require an updated and/or revised quote prior to taking an order.
2. DISCREPANCIES IN GOODS ORDERED
We reserve the right to vary or alter the specification of the goods ordered at any time if this is necessary provided that such alteration does not affect the quality or performance of the goods in question.
(a) Standard Deliveries
All orders are processed once the payment is completed. Delivery inside the UAE will be arranged when we call you to find a suitable time and date that you are available to receive your items.
Delivery outside of the UAE is provided by a courier, an average delivery period is 5 – 7 working days excluding bank and public holidays.
(b) Next day deliveries are available at an additional cost, but they are subject to stock and availability and will need to be ordered before 10 am the day before they are required to allow time for processing & organising the delivery.
All next day delivery orders are taken only over the phone.
(c) Assisted Install and Deliveries
Once your goods have been ordered and received by us (where appropriate) we will agree on a mutually acceptable date for delivery and/or installation. You will be notified of the date and a (morning or afternoon) period for delivery and/or installation of your item.
Should you be unable to keep this appointment you must give us (24 hours) notice to cancel and re-arrange.
If appointments are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery and/or installation along with any storage charges incurred by us in the return to and storage of your goods in our warehouse.
(e) We do not take responsibility for delay or cancellation of delivery due to matters beyond our control, stock availability, weather events and any other unforeseen circumstances.
4. DELIVERY CHARGES
All deliveries inside the UAE are free of charge, unless stated.
Deliveries outside of the UAE will incur a shipping charge – which will be shown/calculated in the shopping cart.
For customers that are outside of countries that are shown in our checkout – please contact us and we will be able to give you a shipping quotation.
5. RETURNS POLICY AND PROCEDURE
Our returns policy varies depending on the nature of the item we have provided to you.
Bespoke & Infection Control Items
Bespoke items are those that have been specially built, ordered or adapted for you.
Infection control items are those such as (toileting products, PPE, garments, consumables, incontinence, pressure care, toileting and bathing products, seating accessories etc.) where once purchased the item may not be re-sold.
Once these items have been specially ordered, the purchase price is payable in full and these items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Standard “Off the Shelf” Items
These items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
All returned items will be subject to a re-stocking charge.
The re-stocking charge will be based on a percentage of the purchase price and is calculated depending on the nature of the product, the delay in return and the condition of the product upon its return.
It might include labour, parts, packaging and any other subsequent loss to the business in order to make the particular item resalable.
All goods are to be returned at the senders cost, unless the goods are faulty upon receipt.
We recommend using a “signed for” delivery service to return an item to us, to ensure that the consignment can be tracked.
(a) All products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty limited to 12 months. The terms and conditions of such items are held with the manufacturer.
(b) We can provide an “at your home” warranty service for any breakdowns.
(c) Regular use, maintenance and wear and tear, the damage is not covered under warranty.
(d) Any returns without a valid RMA number will be refused and sent back.
Please call us to get a valid RMA number before attempting to send us any equipment.
7. STATUTORY RIGHTS
As described above, any goods which are faulty will be subject to their own manufacturer’s warranty and these terms and conditions do not derogate from your statutory rights.
8. ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions made by us in good faith at any time.
If any provision above is held to be unenforceable, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remainder of this agreement are to be unaffected.
