Why do we like it?
Equipped with eight tension straps as standard, an upgraded tension bar with a push-button locking system, and a nylon padded backrest, every user can enjoy maximum comfort. Our design team has also included an angle-adjustable backrest that can be easily set from 85 to 105 degrees in 5-degree increments, with all adjustments clearly engraved into the frame of the chair to guide the user or attendant. The chair is crash-tested certified and supports a maximum user weight of 20 stone (130 kg), ensuring both safety and comfort.
The Excel G-Modular self-propelled model from Van Os is foldable, lightweight and compact, equipped with a unique seating system tailored to any user’s needs. Designed for quick and easy setup, most adjustable components are colour-coded for straightforward configuration. The strong yet lightweight aluminium frame enhances manoeuvrability and storage ease, with features like quick-release rear wheels and footrests that make it convenient to load into a vehicle.
With height and depth adjustments on the flip-up armrests, adjustable angles on the footplates, and a super comfy seat cushion, we are confident that this wheelchair can provide maximum comfort for virtually any user. The updated backrest design, featuring a tension bar that reduces flex and improves comfort, adds to the overall user experience.
