Reserving a rental wheelchair, mobility scooter, or other mobility equipment is a straightforward process. Once you’ve identified the mobility product you wish to hire, click on the rental enquiry button, which will take you to the product page. Fill in the details requested, once you have chosen your options and selected your dates, click the add to basket button and go to the checkout. If you require a rental of more than 8 days, provide us with your contact details and specific requirements using the form on this or the product page, this will allow us to tailor our services to your needs.

With this information, we will swiftly generate a personalised price for your chosen equipment and email it directly to you.

If you need a product for longer than 8 days, that’s fine, we can provide equipment for longer. Simply use the “start your rental enquiry today” form below, let us know the dates you require and we respond with your personalised quotation.

We request a pickup time to allow us to ensure we have the equipment and personnel available and ready for delivery. We appreciate that you may not know exactly. Once we confirm your booking via email you can inform us of a more accurate time closer to the day of your arrival.  

If you have started a manual enquiry and have received your rental price from us via email, please confirm that you wish to proceed with the booking by responding to our email. Once confirmed, we will email you an official secure online payment link.

If we’ve shared a payment link with you via email or WhatsApp, please verify the requested amount and follow the provided instructions by clicking the link. Then proceed to complete the online payment form, where you can securely complete the transaction.

Upon receipt of your payment either via our website or via a secure payment link, we will promptly confirm via email. Additionally, we’ll coordinate and confirm the delivery and collection details for the equipment. Your bank will also send an email or notification confirming the processed payment.

If any details you have given us change, simply email, call, or WhatsApp us with the changes, and we will amend your booking accordingly. Any changes made will be confirmed in an email from us.

Absolutely! At delivery, we’ll provide a comprehensive demonstration of using the equipment, including guidance on charging if necessary. Additionally, we’ll make any adjustments to ensure your comfort and safety, ensuring you’re confident and content with the equipment.

When we deliver your rental product we will enquire about picking up the equipment at the end of the rental period, if you know then let us know. If you are unsure you can always contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email and let us know nearer to the collection date.

If you require us to deliver your rental product you do not need to put the delivery address in our checkout.

We will contact you via email to confirm the details of where you would like the equipment delivering, once you place your order.

The only address you need to enter into our checkout is your home address or where your debit or credit card is registered
