(a) All orders are either processed online or by telephone. We offer home demonstrations and free assessments; subject to availability.<\/p>

(b) All orders are dispatched\/delivered once the final payment is cleared.<\/p>

(c) All quotes issued will be valid for a period of 30 days after which time we reserve the right to require an updated and\/or revised quote prior to taking an order.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

(a) Standard Deliveries<\/strong><\/p>

All orders are processed once the payment is completed. Delivery inside the UAE will be arranged when we call you to find a suitable time and date that you are available to receive your items.<\/p>

Delivery outside of the UAE is provided by a courier, an average delivery period is 5 \u2013 7 working days excluding bank and public holidays.<\/p>

(b)<\/strong> Next day deliveries are available at an additional cost, but\u00a0they are subject to stock and availability<\/strong>\u00a0and will need to be ordered before 10 am the day before they are required to allow time for processing & organising the delivery.<\/p>

All next day delivery orders are taken only over the phone.<\/p>

(c) Assisted Install and Deliveries<\/strong><\/p>

Once your goods have been ordered and received by us (where appropriate) we will agree on a mutually acceptable date for delivery and\/or installation. You will be notified of the date and a (morning or afternoon) period for delivery and\/or installation of your item.<\/p>

Should you be unable to keep this appointment you must give us (24 hours) notice to cancel and re-arrange.<\/p>

If appointments are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery and\/or installation along with any storage charges incurred by us in the return to and storage of your goods in our warehouse.<\/p>

(d) We do not take responsibility for delay or cancellation of delivery due to matters beyond our control, stock availability, weather events and any other unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

All deliveries inside the UAE are free of charge, unless stated.<\/strong><\/p>

Deliveries outside of the UAE<\/strong>\u00a0will incur a shipping charge \u2013 which will be shown\/calculated in the shopping cart.<\/p>

(a) All products come with a standard manufacturer\u2019s warranty limited to 12 months. The terms and conditions of such items are held with the manufacturer.<\/p>

(b) We can provide an \u201cat your home\u201d warranty service for any breakdowns.<\/p>

(c) Regular use, maintenance and wear and tear, the damage is not covered under warranty.<\/p>

(d) Any returns without a valid RMA number will be refused and sent back.<\/p>
